For confidentiality reasons, I'll refer to this company as Healthcare Inc. and partially blurred some parts of the designs.

A healthcare industry corporation, required a fast implementation of a mobile solution for their patients. The proposal was based on their website's design in order to come up with an efficient mobile application within the short timeframe requested.

The results

Healthcare Inc. were able to provide an efficient solution to their patients within the timeframe and budget agreed upon.
Implementation were done fast with no surprises or concerns for PO and developers.
App is already available in App Store and Google Play (US).

Mobile Application

Enhanced accessibility for patients

Patients from Healthcare Inc. can log in or register using a simple interface.

Patients are enabled to perform a variety of activities such as, getting latest news, read trainning material, shop for products or make payments. Some of these actions are external links, which means the user will launch a browser in order to complete these actions.

The profile information is fully editable from the mobile app. Same as the insurance card and other personal information.

Services provide an historical overview and status for each service requested to the company, such as buying supplies for an equipment.

Localization and security

This mobile app can be localized based on patients preference.

From this section, the user can also toggle notifications or change password.

At Healthcare Inc. security and personal information are very important, this is why a two factor authentication was proposed in order to submit changes with an extra layer of security.
